Game will not load keeps crashing and I have paid for stuff on this game and now cant even play. This game is a big waste of my money. Think I should get my money back that I have put into it.

Havent been able to connect to the game for the last two days :(

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was enjoying this game until they "upgraded" it, which caused it to crash on opening for many, many people. After several days of this I uninstalled and reinstalled but cant input my player ID to get my saved game back.

Still very frustrated with the site crashing. The one time I played the new update once. Fun. Ive been playing for quite a while and enjoyed it up till now.

We love Snoopy Town and really love the Valentine Event, but we are so disappointed with the Valentine prize (love tester) it is supposed to gift you a random crafted item ( along with coins & stars). It worked the very first time it was ready (5 hours after building it we got a sandwich) but it hasnt every time since (only a few coins & stars) So very disappointing after all the work to acquire it... Please fix this!!!

I lost my whole game and now need receipts for my in app purchases. I cant find them. Any idea how?

Im cant collect the event items anymore! I just get experience points and the event currency. Plz fix!

Excellent game play and the animation is amazing. Love how the characters perform fun scenes to earn money and items needed to build better items. Support is very good as well.

Again, the recent update (for Easter)in this game caused another glitch. The game wont load. Each time there is an update this happens!!

Even after your update I still cant get on the app. Seriously hire some competent people.

Trouble shooting network connection

The game is well crafted. Patience is needed unless you are willing to pay real cash to progress faster. I wish there was a paid version because the in app purchase are quite expensive.

My game started crashing before todays update, and even after updating today it still wont load.

Very addictive

Enjoy this game but town needs to be bigger - once expansions are unlocked there is no room to add anything.
